Regular fee: 260 EUR
Reduced fee: 160 Eur
Virtual offline participant fee: 50 EUR
Accompanying person fee: 100 EUR

NB:No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it is possible to change the names of participants within the number of paid fees.

Regular fee includes:
• Admission to RAD 2021 Conference sessions
• Certificate of Participation
• Possibility of publication of an abstract in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version); each abstract has its own DOI number
• Possibility of oral or poster presentation in Conference session
• Conference kit
• Conference ID Badge
• Coffee breaks between the sessions
• Three Cocktails
• Conference Dinner
• Boat Excursion - Boka Kotorska Fjord Cruise - including visit to city of Kotor.

Reduced fee - The reduced Conference fee might be available in a limited number for participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), and some third world countries, as well as for students, if they file a request to the Conference (info@rad-conference.org) until March 31, 2021. The reduced Conference fee includes the same items as the Regular fee.

Virtual offline participant fee - This fee is available to participants who are not able to come to the Conference, and it includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version), publication of an abstract with DOI number in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version) and possibility to send a presentation with or without voice that will be posted on the Conference website as a part of the Virtual Session.

Accompanying person fee - The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to all Conference social events (Conference Dinner, Cocktails, and Excursion). This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have any connection to the conference sessions. Neither the Conference kit, refreshments, the allowance to the sessions nor the Certificate of Participation will be provided.

Conference Fee Payment

The Conference fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer or at the Conference desk (the amount is the same). All bank charges for the money transfer services must be paid by the participants.

Manuscript publications

After conference, although it is not obligatory, the conference participants can send a manuscript for possible publication in RAD Conference Proceedings, which has its own DOI number and is indexed in Scopus (Elsevier). If the manuscript is accepted, a payment of 200 EUR is required.

The manuscript for RAD Conference Proceedings can be sent from 1 July to 30 September 2021, on email address: office@rad-proceedings.org, containing a maximum length of 6 pages (the template will be available in the due time).
